This breakthrough technology enabled a single operator to efficiently manage up to 24 machines simultaneously, dramatically improving productivity, precision, and operational efficiency across diamond factories worldwide.

1997 – DiamScope

OGI Systems reached another milestone in precision and efficiency with the world’s first system capable of measuring small size (up to 4 mm) Princess, Baguette, and other fancy-shaped cuts designed specifically for invisible settings in luxury jewelry and watches—all in less than one second. This cutting-edge innovation redefined the way jewelers approach diamond measurement and cutting for intricate settings, dramatically enhancing both speed and quality in high-end jewelry production.

1999 – OGIMarker

OGI Systems revolutionized the diamond industry with the introduction of the world’s first automatic marking system for rough diamond planning and marking. This groundbreaking innovation transformed the way rough diamonds are processed—streamlining workflows, improving accuracy, and setting new global standards for precision and efficiency. Its influence continues to shape the diamond industry to this day.

2001 – OGIWriter / Gemscribe

OGI Systems pioneered the first-ever compact laser diamond inscription system designed for office use, setting a new global standard in diamond identification and branding. This groundbreaking innovation remains in operation today, trusted by leading diamond laboratories worldwide for its precision, reliability, and long-term performance. Over the years, tens of millions of diamonds have been inscribed by OGI’s system — and not a single stone has ever been damaged.

2004 – OGITender

OGI Systems introduced a revolutionary innovation — the world’s first mobile rough planning system, allowing clients to plan rough diamonds anywhere, anytime. This game-changing technology empowered diamond buyers to evaluate and plan rough stones directly at tenders, ensuring smarter purchasing decisions with unmatched convenience and precision.

2012 – OGICad / ScanoxCAD

OGI Systems set a new industry benchmark with the world’s first system capable of generating STL files from any gemstone — any shape, any size — without the need for coating sprays. Seamlessly integrating with Rhino and Matrix software, this groundbreaking technology revolutionized the way jewelers and designers work with digital models, enabling precise, efficient, fully digital workflows that save both time and money.

2015 – Symmetry Leakage Technology

OGI Systems introduced a patented, innovative technology designed to transform diamond symmetry evaluation. This advanced system scans round diamonds and delivers a comprehensive visual analysis of their symmetry, highlighting imperfections and providing precise guidance for corrections — all in a single image.

2016 – SOLICO

OGI Systems revolutionized the diamond manufacturing industry with the world’s first 3D laser diamond machine, providing a seamless all-in-one solution for rough planning and 3D cutting of any shape. This cutting-edge technology transforms rough diamonds into near-finished polished models, leaving only the final polishing step, while saving both time and maximizing yield.

2016 – DIATRUE Mobile

OGI Systems proudly introduced the world’s first mobile system for detecting HPHT lab-grown diamonds using a cell phone. This groundbreaking innovation revolutionized diamond authentication, offering unparalleled convenience, portability, and accuracy. It was demonstrated at the Hong Kong show, showcasing its cutting-edge capabilities to the global industry.

2019 – DIAPIX

OGI Systems introduced DIAPIX, a cutting-edge video system designed to enhance the online diamond sales experience. This innovative technology enables jewelers and retailers to showcase diamonds in stunning detail, allowing potential buyers to interactively examine each stone under their own lighting conditions, seeing the surface clearly, including any natural inclusions or defects. The immersive experience simulates in-person viewing, boosting buyer confidence and driving sales.

2024 – SOLICO Dream

OGI Systems introduced a groundbreaking innovation in diamond manufacturing: the world’s first office laser cutting machine, capable of 3D diamond cutting, 2D diamond cutting, and marking. This revolutionary system allows the creation of a fully three-dimensional model of a polished diamond directly from the rough, all within the convenience of a modern, futuristic office, redefining efficiency, accessibility, and the future of diamond production.

2024 – DLoupe

OGI Systems set the gold standard in precision and craftsmanship with its diamond loupes, designed for professionals who demand unmatched performance. Combining cutting-edge technology with meticulous attention to detail, these loupes deliver the highest quality and reliability available on the market.

2024 – Ultima

OGI Systems has reinvented the unique identification of lab-grown diamonds with a patented technology in the United States, currently under patent pending in multiple other countries. This revolutionary system can identify single or multiple stones simultaneously, determining whether each stone is a natural diamond or not, with no limitations on type, color, or clarity.

2025 – RinoxCAD

OGI Systems introduces, for the first time in the world, the ability to scan small jewelry items such as rings, earrings, and pendants without using coating sprays. This innovation enhances the accuracy of fine detail scanning, including tiny holes, and eliminates the need for post-processing in software like Photoshop, making scans faster and more efficient. The technology is currently under patent registration and was demonstrated at the Bangkok and Hong Kong shows this year.

2025 – DIATRUE PRO

OGI Systems has significantly enhanced the ability to identify diamonds of various types. Previously, around 25% of low-color diamonds or those with brown tints were rejected by older machines. The new system leverages existing technology in innovative ways, expanding identification capabilities.

This advancement strengthens the scans performed by previous DIATRUE machines, providing greater certainty and accuracy in diamond detection. The technology has been filed for patent protection.
OGI’s R&D department is in the final stages of developing two groundbreaking products, which will be announced and available for sale very soon.
Stay tuned for innovations that will continue to redefine the diamond and gemstone industry.
