22.07.07Sarin Does Not Win Patent Opposition Against OGI

Not for the first time, OGI finds itself obliged to circulate a message in order to correct malicious, manipulative, intentionally false and misleading publications made by Sarin Technologies Ltd.; On July 19th Sarin published a set of false and untrue announcements calculated to defame OGI.
Sarin - in an expression of frustration stemming from OGI’s worldwide success and high reputation - breaks its own records of misconduct by replacing OGI with another company, in order to mislead the public.
As opposed to Sarin’s fictional messages, Danog Properties and Investments Ltd. is not OGI, and vice versa; Sarin - intentionally and manipulatively - used OGI and its CEO’s name, in a brutal attempt to mislead the market and inflict considerable damage upon OGI and its business, by way of spreading false information; This is the SARIN version of fair trade.
Sarin has never won any patent opposition against OGI; Sarin, who wish it had ever won OGI in the legal arena, fraudulently misrepresent the facts and attempt to establish a baseless connection between OGI and Danog.
Sarin filed an opposition against a patent application filed by Danog - a company which, amongst other things, deals with the potential commercial exploitation of patents, of which OGI intends to make no use whatsoever; Danog decided to withdraw its application for its own reasons.
As opposed to Sarin’s false representation, said patent application was not for Laser-Marking on Diamonds but rather for Automatic Marking of Diamond Girdles Using a Laser (patent application 151046), which is fundamentally different; What Sarin is aiming at, is - again - misleading the public to think, that its own patent application for laser marking on diamonds (patent application 138347) has been accepted, which is yet far from being realized; The truth is, that OGI filed an opposition against that application - which is Sarin's main patent application of the last few years; That opposition is pending a REAL ruling.
Sarin, of course, does not tell you that, based on pure commercial considerations only, Danog decided to withdraw its patent application, therefore the Israeli Patent Office did not accept Sarin’s claims and allegations, but rather accepted Danog’s withdrawal.
Sarin’s absurd attempt to describe Danog’s voluntary withdrawal of the application as an heroic victory, as well as an important ruling, shows its despair as to OGI’s success and leadership in the diamond industry. Sarin’s announcements constitute defamation against OGI; However, OGI has zero tolerance to any interference with its rights and goodwill, and will therefore take all necessary measures to protect them.
