OGI Systems absorbs within the OGIMarker system an application of a registered patent since1997. The combination of several ingredients of the patent and OGI’s technology (that was developed already by 1999 in the first global system for automatic computerized marking of rough diamonds ) leaded to the creation of OGIMarker, the most prominent laser device for automatic marking.
The invention being protected under patent was born already in 1997 - about 3 years before its actual development by competitors of OGI.
