The Manual Centering Planning Machine for Round Brilliants

OGICenterTM is a double monitor viewing system which centralizes diamonds for automatic bruting machines (small and big stones). The system helps to centralize the diamond for maximum diameter and hence maximum yield. A two-piece bruting top has been especially designed for this purpose. Manual Centering will help the customer to perfectly balance the knives opposite each other by viewing both side view and top view for complete rotation of the diamond. In this process the operator can center a great number of stones per day.

OGICenterTM has a built-in double camera to see the rough surface with concavity on the periphery. This is possible only due to the second camera vision that allows the operator a better view, enabling him to make a better judgment.

Work Process:

The rough table cut diamond will be glued to the pot, which is a two-piece 13 mm die pot. This pot assembly will be mounted on the machine spindle. With the computerized silhouette viewing, the operator can plan the maximum cut proportion and size of the finished diamond from the rough surface. Then the operator just needs to push the centering handle where the centre of bruting has to be aligned with the centre of the stone. This pot assembly will now be removed and fixed in the OGICut-VTM machine spindle.
