The Manual Centering Planning Machine for Round Brilliants
OGICenterTM is a Double Monitor Viewing System which centralize diamonds for automatic bruting machines (small and big stones).
The system helps to centralize the diamond for maximum diameter and hence maximum yield.
MANUAL CENTERING will help the customer to perfectly balanced the knives opposite to each other by viewing side view and top view for complete rotation of diamond.
We use specially Designed two piece bruting top for above system.
The Rough diamond with table will be glued to the pot, which is a two-piece 13 mm die
pot. This pot assembly will be mounted in the machine spindle. With the computerize
silhouette viewing the operator can planning the maximum cut proportion and size of
the finished diamond from the rough. then the operator just need to push the centering
handle where the centre of bruting has to be aligned with centre of the stone. This pot
assembly will now be removed and fixed in the OGICut-VTM machine Spindle.
OGICenterTM has build in double camera to see the rough with surface concavity on
the periphery. This is possible only due to the second camera vision that gives a better view to the operator to jump on a more logical decision.
In this process the operator can center a lot of stones per day.
